Do you offer hire cars and would I be eligible for one?

Yes we do. Generally, if you are not at fault then you will be eligible for a hire car. These are available upon request for eligible customers (additional costs may apply).

How long will my repairs take?

Typically, for small to medium damage, 3-5 business days but it would also depend on the extent of damage found after the vehicle has been stripped and inspected for any internal or structural damage.

Do you help with insurance?

Definitely! Here's what we'll do after you've lodged your claim with your insurer: 1. We'll take it from there and request repair authority for the acting insurance company. 2. You can then book your repairs with us.

Can I choose my own repairer?

It would depend on two things:
1. Who's at fault
2. Your insurance policy If you're not at fault, then yes, you have choice of repairer. If you are at fault, then it would depend on your insurance policy. We always recommend that you get an insurance policy that give you choice of repairer.

I’ve just gotten into an accident, what do I do?

Call your insurance company and let them determine who's at fault. Don't readily admit that you're at fault to the other party.

Are you open on weekends?

No, unfortunately we aren't however you can still request an estimate online via this website.

Can I get extra private work done when I bring my vehicle in for insurance work?

Absolutely! In fact, in most cases, you will save money when you do. Just mention this when you request an estimate.
